Methods for industrial application of natural gas dehydration and hydrocarbon recovery equipment
TEG dehydration of natural gas is the most widely used solvent absorption dehydration technology in the natural gas industry. TEG absorbs water from natural gas through the hydrophilicity of TEG, separates the water through a regeneration system, and recycles the lean solution. The process flow includes a core system consisting of an absorption tower and a regeneration tower: natural gas is in reverse contact with the lean solution for dehydration in the absorption tower, and the rich solution is flashed and filtered before entering the regeneration tower for heating and regeneration. This technology can achieve a lean liquid mass fraction of 98% -99% and is suitable for the treatment of sulfur free natural gas or desulfurized purified gas.
In recent years, technology has been continuously optimized, and patent innovations include: using magnetization pretreatment to improve distillation efficiency, setting absorption temperature at 27-38 ℃ and pressure at 2.8-10.5MPa; Integrated rotary defogger and two-stage filtration system to reduce the loss of triethylene glycol; Apply supergravity machine to enhance mass transfer, achieve equipment miniaturization and dew point control ≤ -10 ℃. Exhaust gas treatment technology solves environmental emissions problems through cooling separation and fuel recovery. The development of device design towards pry and integration has improved the applicability of offshore platforms and other scenarios
