TEG dehydration unit process flow
The process flow of TEG dehydration unit is typically used for sulfur free natural gas at wellhead or purified gas from alcohol amine desulfurization unit. The TEG dehydration unit mainly consists of two parts: the absorption system and the regeneration system. The core equipment of the process is the absorption tower. The natural gas dehydration process is completed in the absorption tower, and the regeneration tower completes the regeneration operation of the rich solution of triethylene glycol. Generally, when the mass concentration of triethylene glycol in the lean solution is required to be greater than 99%, a stream of dry gas can be introduced into countercurrent contact with the liquid flowing out of the reboiler to further improve the quality of glycerol regeneration and dehydration effect.
