Job Responsibilities

1. Participate in the technological research and development of the company's new products, conduct equipment selection calculations based on process applications and material characteristics, determine equipment types and materials, and compile equipment technical specification books and operation manuals;

2. Be responsible for the design and supervision of non-standard pressure vessels, storage tanks, etc., and be capable of drawing condition diagrams and construction drawings based on process conditions.

3. Assist in determining and optimizing the process plan, and determine the installation plan based on on-site conditions, equipment location, etc.

4. Collect and analyze project design materials, study development trends, and conduct specific research on projects;

5. Organize the analysis and summary of design flaws and issues in completed projects, and draft and revise the standards for the company's development projects;

6. Be responsible for following up on market trends and conducting special design research;

7. Prepare the planning scheme based on the market positioning opinions of the proposed development project provided by the Marketing and Planning Department;

Job Requirements

1.Master's degree or above, majoring in process equipment, mechanical design or related fields;

2. More than 5 years of working experience in the design of non-standard pressure vessel equipment for chemical/power plant projects;

3. Capability Requirements: Possess the ability to independently design pressure vessel products in accordance with standards and regulations such as GB/T150, displacement gauge/fixed gauge, or ASMEVII. Have strong communication and expression skills, and be capable of compiling technical documents required for the products. Possess the ability to conduct product design and draw drawings using both 3D and 2D software.

4. Be familiar with the design, selection, supervision of manufacturing and acceptance of non-standard equipment;

5. Have on-site equipment construction, installation and construction management experience;

6. Possess strong self-learning and problem-solving abilities;

7. Possess a strong sense of teamwork and a spirit of hard work and endurance;

8. Possess excellent coordination and communication skills.

Job Content

1. According to the factory's production plan, timely inspect and adjust the instrument control system to ensure stable operation;

2. Be responsible for the maintenance, repair and renovation of instruments and meters

3. Conduct on-site equipment inspections to confirm whether there are any potential safety hazards and report them in a timely manner.

4. Arrange and complete the equipment maintenance and servicing plan to ensure the normal operation of all equipment;

Job Requirements
