Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment in the company's secondary polishing workshop, and assisting in the maintenance of equipment in the office area.

2. Responsible for implementing and executing the annual maintenance plan for production equipment and auxiliary equipment in the secondary polishing workshop, keeping maintenance records, and organizing and archiving them.

3. Responsible for daily equipment inspection, patrol work, and maintenance in the production area.

4. Responsible for assisting the department in completing the installation and debugging of new equipment.

5. Responsible for assisting the department in supervising and inspecting the implementation of technical renovation projects.

6. Familiar with the specifications, performance, structure, and principles of the company's production equipment. Master the usage of the equipment, regularly maintain it, promptly troubleshoot any malfunctions, and report any serious situations to the leadership in a timely manner. Establish an inspection system for equipment within the company's production area.

7. Responsible for developing operating procedures and maintenance procedures for equipment.

8. Responsible for the validation of equipment in the production area, drafting and implementing validation plans.

9. Responsible for establishing equipment files within the production area.

10. Responsible for filling in various records related to equipment in the production area.

11. Supervise and guide staff to use equipment correctly according to operating procedures, and strictly prevent the occurrence of various accidents.

12. Assist the quality department in measuring relevant equipment.

13. Responsible for formulating the measurement implementation work of the company's measuring instruments.

Qualifications for the position:

1. College degree or above in mechanical manufacturing or mechatronics related majors.

2. More than 3 years of relevant work experience.

3. Strong sense of responsibility and good at communicating with others.

4. Highly motivated to work and able to comply with company arrangements.

5. Experience in managing pharmaceutical factories or medical device engineering equipment is preferred.

6. 1-3 years of experience in equipment maintenance and repair is preferred.
